Chris Girardi is a Project Manager and Account Executive with over a decade of experience leading cross-functional initiatives across various environments, including political campaigns, B2B sales, and client-service settings. His work focuses on bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to complex projects,

Throughout his career, Chris has managed end-to-end project delivery, translating high-level goals into defined scope, aligning contributors, managing deadlines, and ensuring consistent execution under real-world constraints. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a minor in Political Science from Radford University and a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication from American University.

As Founder and President of Skysight Strategic Communications, Chris operates as a client delivery lead, managing project timelines, coordinating contributors, and serving as the primary point of contact to ensure predictable and on-time outcomes for every engagement.

Langston Carter - Vice President & CCO

Langston Carter is a communications and marketing professional with expertise spanning government, journalism, and technology sectors. With a background in strategic communication, public relations, and digital advocacy, he has built a career around crafting compelling narratives that connect communities and organizations.

A lifelong resident of the DMV, Langston is a two-time graduate of American University with a BA in Public Relations and an MA in Strategic Communication.

As Founder and Chief Communications Officer, he brings a passion for community advocacy and meaningful engagement, hands-on experience delivering data-driven insights, and creative solutions with a track record of helping organizations achieve clarity, connection, and measurable results.
